At present, CRIMS has the following Departments. I- Department of Medicine II- Department of Para-Medical Sciences   I-Department of Medicine DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMMES MEDICAL SPECIALISATION COURSES( Correspondence Courses ) 1 ) C.C.H ( Mumbai ) Certificate in Child Health 2 ) C.G.O. (Mumbai ) Certificate in Gynaecology & Obs. 3 ) C.S.D. ( Mumbai ) Certificate in Skin Diseases 4 ) C.V.D. (Mumbai ) Certificate in Veneral Disease Eligibility : 1 ) The candidates must have passed M.B.B.S. / B.A.M.S. / B.U.M.S. / B.H.M.S. / D.H.M.S. / D.U.M.S. / L.C.E.H. etc., 2 ) OR Any registered Doctor at any State Government council / Board in India or abroad 3 ) Intern Doctors are eligible during their Internship . Duration of Course : 3 Months (Maximum ) Medium of Instruction : English only  Language of Answer : English only   POST – GRADUATE SPECIALISATION COURSES ( Correspondence Courses ) 1 ) P.G. C.C.H ( Mumbai ) ( Post Graduate Certificate in Child Health ) 2 ) P.G. C.G.O. (Mumbai ) ( Post Graduate Certificate in Gynaecology- 3 ) P.G. C.S.D. ( Mumbai ) ( Post Graduate Certificate in Skin Diseases ) Eligibility : 1 ) Basic Qualification : The candidates must have passed M.B.B.S. / B.A.M.S. / B.U.M.S. / B.H.M.S. / D.H.M.S. / D.U.M.S. / L.C.E.H. etc., and 2 ) The candidates must be registerd at any State Government council / Board in India . and 3 ) The candidates must have passed M.D. / M.S. / D.G.O or any post graduate Diploma or Degree (Any stream in Modern Sciences ) OR 3 ) The candidate must have passed M.D.(Ayurveda ) / M.D. ( Unani ) / M.D. (Homeopathy ) / M.S. (Ayurveda ) / M.S. (Unani ) .OR 3 ) The candidates must have passed C.C.H / C.G.O. / C.S.D. from CRIMS , Mumbai . Note : Intern Doctors are not eligible during their Internship. Duration of Course : 3 Months ( Maximum ) Medium of Instruction : English only Language of Answer : English only II- Department of Para-Medical Sciences The CRIMS through its Dept. of Para-Medical Sciences offers following Diploma courses. i) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology(D.M.L.T.) ii) Diploma in Optometry Technique (D.O.T.) iii)Diploma in Physiotherapy (D.P.T.) Eligibility: Minimum 10th Class or High School or Equivalent examination passed Age:Applicants age must be more than 18 years Duration of Course: One Year Medium of Instruction: English only         Examinations
